Sunday Letters ships approved jewelry from inventory packed in Florida. We do not dropship customer orders from suppliers.
Free standard US shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order shipped to a US address, with no minimum purchase. Our current service is US-only free standard shipping in tracked envelopes.
Processing and tracking
In-stock orders dispatch the next business day: Monday through Friday, excluding observed US federal holidays, using Eastern time. Larger orders may travel in separate envelopes with separate tracking. We send an update for each envelope after carrier handoff. The order remains partially shipped until all required envelopes have been handed off.
Label creation and printing do not mean an envelope has shipped. Carrier delivery estimates, when available, are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery of one envelope does not mean every envelope has arrived. Check your address carefully before ordering.
Delayed or unavailable orders
If we cannot ship within the promised time, or within 30 days when no shipping time was stated, we will contact you with the available options. You may cancel a delayed order before shipment for a refund of the amount paid for the unshipped merchandise. Items already handed to the carrier follow our return process.
