Sunday Letters is operated by Upstream Systems LLC, doing business as Sunday Letters, from 611 86th Street, Miami Beach, FL 33141. We respect your privacy. We collect the information needed to operate the store, communicate with you when you ask us to, complete orders, prevent fraud, measure advertising, and improve the customer experience. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Information we collect
- Stock alerts and waitlists: your email address, selected product or collection, consent record, and the page where you signed up.
- Orders: contact, billing, shipping, order, payment-status, and delivery information needed to process and support a purchase. Payment details are handled by the payment providers used at checkout; Sunday Letters does not need to store your full card number.
- Support: the information you include in an email, call, chat, or other customer-service request.
- Site activity: security and operational logs, and unless you choose Limit advertising cookies, analytics or advertising events that help us understand which pages and products are useful and measure campaigns.
Advertising measurement, including Meta
If advertising cookies are allowed, Sunday Letters may use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and similar tools such as Google Analytics 4, to measure visits, product views, waitlist signups, cart activity, checkout starts, and purchases. We may send hashed identifiers such as an email address, plus technical data such as IP address and browser type, so Meta and Google can match events and report campaign results. In California this advertising measurement may be treated as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. How we use information
We use information to send the alerts you request, process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, meet accounting and legal obligations, measure site and ad performance, and improve our products and pages.
When we share information
We share limited information only with service providers that help us host the store, process payments, send requested emails, prevent fraud, provide shipping, maintain security, or perform analytics and advertising measurement, including Meta Platforms, Inc. when the Pixel or Conversions API is active. They may use information only to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by law. We do not sell customer lists or share waitlist signups with unrelated marketers without your consent.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. We use access controls, secure connections, and service-provider safeguards appropriate to the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please contact us promptly if you believe your account or order information has been exposed.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from a stock alert or marketing email using its unsubscribe link. You can limit advertising cookies from the Cookie Policy, request access or correction, or ask us to delete eligible information by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify a request and may retain information required for tax, fraud, dispute, or legal purposes.
Children
Sunday Letters is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
