About Sunday Letters
Sunday Letters is a trade name of Upstream Systems LLC (d/b/a Sunday Letters), a US-only direct-to-consumer store offering keepsake-style jewelry, packed from 611 86th Street, Miami Beach, FL 33141. Product descriptions, materials, dimensions, availability, prices, shipping options, and delivery estimates are presented on the applicable product page or at checkout. Supplier information and product claims are verified before a product opens for purchase; do not treat a product as available for purchase until checkout accepts payment.
Stock alerts
A stock alert, waitlist, or first-access signup is not a preorder, reservation, or purchase. It does not guarantee inventory, a price, or a launch date. Nothing is charged when you sign up.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted only when Sunday Letters confirms it. Orders are subject to availability, payment authorization, fraud screening, accurate customer information, and the terms shown at checkout. We may cancel an order and issue a refund if an item is unavailable, materially mispriced, cannot be shipped as promised, or appears fraudulent.
Product use and care
Jewelry is a keepsake gift product, not an investment or a guarantee of precious-metal content unless the product page expressly states and supports that claim. We do not offer a lifetime warranty. Follow the care instructions provided with the product. Do not use jewelry in a way that creates a foreseeable safety risk, and supervise children around small parts.
Intellectual property
Sunday Letters content, names, photographs, designs, text, and logos belong to Sunday Letters or its licensors. Do not copy, resell, redistribute, or claim them as your own.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including unused-item returns within 30 days after delivery. Customer-change-of-mind return shipping is not refundable unless we agree otherwise. Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.
