Start a return
Contact [email protected] within 30 days after delivery. Include your name, order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Please wait for our instructions before mailing anything back.
Return condition
For a standard return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and sent back with its original packaging and included parts. Customer-change-of-mind return shipping is not refundable unless we agree otherwise.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund without charging you for the correction.
After we receive your return
We will review an approved return and issue any eligible refund to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time after the refund is submitted.
